Welcome to the 2026 National Organization of Parents of Blind Children (NOPBC) Seminar Registration

We are excited to welcome you to the 2026 NOPBC Seminar, taking place July 3–8, 2026, at the JW Marriott Austin in Austin, Texas. The seminar is embedded within the 2026 National Federation of the Blind (NFB) National Convention, the largest gathering of blind people in the world.

This event brings parents, educators, and advocates together to learn from blind leaders, connect with other families, and gain practical tools to support blind children at school, at home, and in their communities.

Through shared learning and mentorship, families work together to raise expectations and help blind children build the confidence and skills to live the life they want.

Important Registration Information

Registering for the NOPBC Seminar does not register you for the NFB National Convention, Youth Track, or NFB Camp. Each program requires separate registration through its respective registration form.

Total Seminar Registration Fee

Please input the total amount that you will be paying for registering to attend the 2026 NOPBC Seminar. This will include the additional $40 fee if you are registering as an educator participating in the Teacher Encounter program who wish to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
