Child Care is open in the morning and afternoon. Drop younger children off at Child Care in the morning or take them with you for a visit to the Exhibit Hall and the Independence Market. Consider attending the NFB Board Meeting—it’s open to all.

In the afternoon, eat lunch early and drop your teen off at Youth Track, or bring lunch to our meeting room so that you can attend our Exhibitor Fair at 12:15. Then drop your kids off at Child Care (opens at 12:45 today) and come to the NOPBC Annual Meeting at 1:15.

Parents and teachers, be sure to attend the NOPBC Annual Meeting! Updates on NFB programs, initiatives, and opportunities for kids; presentation by the 2024 Distinguished Educator of Blind Children; Parent Power; Kid Power; NOPBC business, elections, and more! Don’t miss it! Bonus: attendees receive wristband for priority entrance to the Braille Book Fair! Families with blind children enter at 4:30; others with wristband get priority entrance at 5:00 PM.

A book lover's dream! Browse tables of free new and used Braille and print/Braille books. Due to high demand, print/Braille books will be limited to 5 per blind child attendee and 3 per teacher. Restrictions may be eased depending on supply available. Volunteers will box your books and deliver them to the post office for Free Matter shipment to your home. Donations are gratefully accepted to help support our Braille Programs.
