Support the Work of NOPBC — Contribute for a Chance at a Cash Giveaway
Thank you for supporting the National Organization of Parents of Blind Children (NOPBC), a proud division of the National Federation of the Blind (NFB). Together, we believe that blind children should have the opportunity to live the lives they want. Through raising expectations, sharing knowledge, and building strong communities of support, NOPBC helps families ensure that blindness is not a barrier to success.
Your contribution helps expand educational opportunities, provide family support, and fund programs that empower blind and low-vision children to grow with independence and confidence. Funds raised through this campaign support educational programs, multi-purpose grants and scholarships, parent training, and accessible resources for families across the United States. These initiatives help parents, educators, and blind children access the tools, knowledge, and community support that promote independence, opportunity, and success.
This campaign is a 50/50 fundraiser, with half of all contributions supporting NOPBC programs and initiatives and the remaining 50% awarded as a cash giveaway to one selected participant. For every $5 contributed, your name will be entered once into the selection pool. The more you contribute, the more entries you receive—giving you additional opportunities to be selected.
The selected name will be drawn and announced during the NFB National Convention Banquet on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. You do not need to attend the banquet or be present at the convention to win. If the selected participant is not in attendance, they will be contacted using the information provided with their contribution.
