Thank you for supporting the National Organization of Parents of Blind Children (NOPBC)!
Your contribution helps fund educational programs, multi-purpose grants/scholarships, and accessible resources that make a lasting impact in the lives of blind children and their families across the country.

This is a 50/50 fundraiser: 50% of the total contributions will support NOPBC’s vital programs, and the remaining 50% will be awarded to one individual whose name is selected from the pool.

For every $5 you contribute, your name will be added once to the selection pool. The more you give, the more times your name will be included.
The "donation quantity" field on this form tells us how many $5 entries you're submitting. For example, entering “4” means a $20 contribution and four entries under your name.

The selected name will be announced during the NFB National Convention Banquet on Sunday, July 13, 2025. You do not need to be present to be selected.
